The City of Bend (“City”) invites Sealed Bids for construction of the Westwood Reservoir Fencing Project. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing fencing and gates and the installation of approximately 525 linear feet of new chain-link security fencing, including privacy slats along the southwest portion of the fence, one 4-foot-wide man gate, and one 16-foot-wide pivot gate.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on-site at the Westwood Reservoir located at 61429 Westridge Ave. in Bend, Oregon at 9:00 a.m. on August 5, 2026, only Bidders who attend and register at the pre-bid meeting shall be eligible to submit a Bid. Statements made by City representatives at the pre-bid conference are not binding on the City unless confirmed in an addendum.
