The City of Redmond is requesting informal proposals from qualified Contractors to perform on-call roof and gutter repair and maintenance (Project) on all City of Redmond Public Works and Airport facilities. The awarded contract(s) will be for one year with an option to extend for three (3) additional one-year terms. Proposers are advised that multiple Agreements may be executed through this IRFP to ensure adequate services. This is an all or nothing bid, only Contractors able to perform all services should intend to propose. Details of the requested work are included as Exhibit A. The total not to exceed amount of work for the life of the contract is $250k.
