Project Description:
The project consists of construction of new gravity and pressure sewer mains and laterals through areas primarily served by private septic systems. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, trenching and installation of approximately 2,355-LF of 8-inch gravity sewer pipeline and 1,675-LF of 3-inch pressure sewer pipeline at depths of approximately 5 - 19 feet, sewer manholes, gravity and pressure sewer services, temporary traffic control, street reconstruction, and general right-of-way restoration.
The Engineer’s estimate is between $2,400,000 and $3,100,000 .
