The Bend Senior High School Mosaic Medical School Based Health Center Renovation is a 2240 square foot renovation of an existing unreinforced CMU structure that was originally constructed in the 1960s.
The building is situated close to the south-west corner of the Bend Senior High School Campus and will serve the community and school with new three new exam rooms, two behavioral health care rooms and a specimen collection lab. The renovation will also include two new restrooms, a team room, conference room, and a reception area.
The project scope includes a new roof, structural improvements, plus new water, sewer and electrical service connections. The project will add HVAC to the building. Each exam room will have a casework and a sink & the reception area will have an electronically controlled access door.
All Civil and Site Improvements will be completed under a separate contract, in coordination with Phase 1 of the Bend Senior High School Modernization.
