The City of Bend (City) invites Sealed Bids for construction of three (3) Bend Fire & Rescue Station Kitchen Remodels. The Project aims to replace and upgrade existing casework, countertops, appliances, window, and sink fixtures to enhance functionality, safety, and long-term durability in the kitchen areas. The Project will be completed in three (3) phases, one facility per year.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through of all three locations listed below will be held starting at 9:00 AM on January 6, 2026 at the first facility located at 1212 SW Simpson Avenue, Bend, OR. Only Bidders who attend and register at the pre-bid meeting shall be eligible to submit a Bid. Statements made by City representatives at the pre-bid conference are not binding on the City unless confirmed in an addendum.
