Sutherland Independent Contracting Inc. is a locally owned and operated excavation and outdoor construction company based in Central Oregon. Built on hard work, accountability, and craftsmanship, we specialize in retaining walls and soil stabilization, land clearing and fire-fuel mitigation, fencing, demolition, grading, and custom outdoor construction.
