Juan Delgado Videla has been a commercial contractor for 11 years with a master´s in International Business Administration. Most of that time he was winning and executing government contracts in South America, for a total of 22 completed projects for both the government and private sector. Having made a return to the US with his family, he has pivoted into the sector of Asphalt maintenance, having inherited the business from a mentor who successfully ran commercial and residential projects in both the Portland, metro area, and then Central Oregon. Juan brings a high attention to detail and a warm, professional demeanor to all his projects.
