Lynn Terry's Services started in 1982.  My motto is Quality, trust, referrals and repeat business. I work on getting you the best price for your services for your home, remodel, or new construction, customized to fit your needs.  Efficient, and affordable!

We use the Ram Air System to clean air ducts and dryer vents, cleaning the air you breath! Ram Air is a revolutionary duct cleaning process that allows for state-of-the-art forced air cleaning. This process does not allow a dusty mess or debris into your home or building! And Ram Air won't harm your ducting! I work with contractors, & remodelers, to get the best price on duct cleaning for your clients.

I love cleaning the air with my RAM AIR ozone generator, as well. Our RAM AIR ozone generator effectively removes odors such as cigarettes, pet smells, mildew and drug houses. All gone:-} 

We also do organic carpet cleaning & upholstery, along with area rug cleaning, windows & gutter cleaning.

I also offer second home management, customized for your home and your situation. Currently I manage out of town second homes in Broken Top, Widgi Creek, and Eagle Crest, for my out-of-town owners.  I have a lot of references.

I offer as well, residential, rentals, second homes, and remodels cleans.
