Husband and wife team, Scott and Karrie Bomstad, have been building in Central Oregon since 2005. Working together as Choice One Builders, they offer a dynamic, integrated experience for homebuilding. Scott provides daily, on-site, hands-on construction management, while Karrie adds the benefit of design expertise to manage the selection of tile, paint and everything in between. Moreover, traditional "upgrades" are standard finishes in a Choice One home. Using state-of-the-art project management technology, Choice One partners with a dedicated network of subcontractors and ensures that each home is completed on schedule and within scope.
